Who provides SUVs, vans and minibuses in Colorado
Arion, LLC directly operates its core chauffeured fleet and coordinates vetted Colorado PUC-certified affiliate vehicles for larger or specialized equipment, covering one to fifty-seven passengers out of Denver, serving the metro area, Northern Colorado and the Rocky Mountain resorts. Every vehicle runs on Colorado PUC authority LL-04689 with commercial auto and general liability insurance, is maintained by ASE-certified mechanics on OEM schedules, and is driven by a background-checked, drug-tested chauffeur. Sizing is the part groups get wrong, so the table below maps headcount straight to vehicle.

Vehicle assignments may come from Arion’s core fleet or our vetted affiliate network based on availability and trip requirements — 82.6% of trips run on Arion’s own vehicles with Arion chauffeurs. Either way, the reservation is managed by Arion under Arion’s service, safety and communication standards. Every vehicle on this page runs to one standard — a Colorado PUC-certified carrier, a current certificate of insurance on file, an Arion-vetted chauffeur, and Arion dispatch from booking to drop-off. The 20 and 40 Passenger Party Buses are the smaller and larger versions of the party bus; the 57 Passenger Coach Bus is the large-group version of the coach. All buses carry a 4-hour minimum and are quoted by advance request.
The Luxury Sedan is now all-electric
Our Luxury Sedan is a 2023 Mercedes-Benz EQS 450 — a full-size, all-electric flagship sedan. For clients it means a silent cabin, rear-seat ambient lighting, chilled water on the console and a ride with no engine noise and no exhaust at the curb. For corporate clients tracking Scope 3 travel emissions, it means a zero-tailpipe-emission option on airport and executive work without giving up a flagship interior. Rate is unchanged at $150/hr with a 2-hour minimum and the first 40 miles of the booking included; 3 passengers, 3 bags. The 12% fuel surcharge is removed on electric vehicle trips. Which vehicle should I choose?
Match passengers plus luggage: Luxury Sedan for 1–3 with light bags, Executive SUV for up to 5 with luggage, Luxury SUV for up to 6 in captain's-chair comfort (5 from November 1 through April 30, when winter gear needs the sixth seat), Luxury Coach Van for 7–12 or full ski gear, Executive/Jet Van for VIP groups of 9, and buses for groups to 57. Are all vehicles AWD or 4WD for mountain travel?
Mountain-assigned SUVs and vans are AWD/4WD on winter-rated tires and carry chains, meeting Colorado's Traction Law. Luxury Sedans are assigned to Front Range and metro work in winter conditions.
How are Arion chauffeurs screened and trained?
Every chauffeur passes a criminal background check, MVR review, and drug testing, then trains against Arion's written Driver Excellence Manual and SOP covering ice driving, airport procedure, passenger assistance, and discretion — with annual recertification.
What insurance and licensing does Arion carry?
Colorado PUC authority as a certificated passenger carrier, fully insured on every vehicle and every trip. Certificates of insurance are available for venues and corporate vendor onboarding.

Yes. Arion, LLC is a Colorado PUC-certified passenger carrier operating as Arion Transportation and Tours. Every vehicle and every trip is fully insured, well beyond what a rideshare driver carries.
How much does Arion cost per hour?
Rates are hourly and per vehicle, not per person: Luxury Sedan from $150/hr, Executive SUV from $125/hr, Luxury SUV from $150/hr, and group vehicles from $250/hr (Luxury Coach Van $250/hr, Executive/Jet Van $325/hr, buses quoted per trip). Hourly minimums apply by vehicle, hourly trips include up to 40 total miles of travel per booking, and your exact total is shown before you confirm.
Does Arion use surge pricing?
No. Arion does not surge for holidays, ski season, concert nights, or storms. Trips that exceed 40 total miles add a per-vehicle mileage charge, and that is calculated and displayed before you book. Applicable tax, the fuel surcharge, and card processing are itemized on your quote before you confirm. Gratuity is not included and is always at your discretion.
What is Arion's cancellation policy?
Cancel 48 or more hours before pickup for a full refund. Cancellations 24 to 48 hours before pickup receive a 50% refund. Inside 24 hours there is no refund, and no-shows are non-refundable. Tours require 7 days' notice. Multi-vehicle events, weddings, bus charters and contracted group work follow the cancellation terms stated in that quote or agreement, which are longer than the standard schedule. Documented medical emergencies and weather or venue closures are reviewed case by case.
How far in advance should I book?
Arion asks for two hours' notice to dispatch a trip between 6 a.m. and 10 p.m., and 48 hours is recommended. For ski-season weekends, Red Rocks headliners, holidays, weddings, and large groups, book one to three weeks ahead — those dates sell out first.
How much luggage fits?
An Executive SUV holds 8 standard bags or 4 ski sets, and a Luxury SUV holds 5 bags because the captain's chairs take up cargo room. Our vans hold 14 bags or 6 ski sets, and a Luxury Sedan holds 3 bags. If you are travelling with skis, boards, golf clubs or oversized gear, tell us at booking and we will size the vehicle to the pile, not the headcount.
Do you provide car seats?
Yes. Child car seats are $25 per seat and we carry both rear-facing and forward-facing, so tell us which one you need when you book. Booster seats are $15 per seat; just tell us how many at the time of reservation so your chauffeur arrives with the right equipment already in the vehicle. If a child seat is required by law, it is required in our vehicles too.
Can I bring my pet?
Yes. We ask that pets are kept under control and that owners clean up after them, because these are luxury vehicles. If you need a pit stop along the way, just say so and we are glad to make one. If excessive cleaning is required, the cost is assessed from a professional detailer's fee schedule and billed to the client.
Can we make a stop along the way?
Yes, and there is no added charge for a stop. Keep in mind that it extends the trip. A gear stop or a grocery run on the way to the mountains adds real time, and on hourly bookings that time counts. Any overage is charged when the trip is complete.
Is there a cleaning fee?
We do not expect a vehicle to come back immaculate; that is what a long day on the road looks like, and normal wear is on us. If excessive cleaning is required, the cost is assessed from a professional detailer's fee schedule and billed to the client. Biohazard cleanup, meaning vomit, blood or other bodily fluids, starts at $250 and is billed at the detailer's actual cost if it runs higher. Smoking of any kind in the vehicle is $500.
Are pets allowed?
Yes. We ask that owners keep pets under control during the ride, and let your chauffeur know if you need to pull over. We are glad to make a stop. These are luxury vehicles, so if excessive shedding or mess requires more than a normal cleaning, the cost is assessed from a professional detailer's fee schedule and billed to the client. Service animals are always welcome and are never a cleaning conversation.

What size vehicle does a group of 20 need in Denver?
Twenty passengers take either one 20-passenger minibus or two 12-passenger Luxury Coach Vans. The minibus keeps the group together on a three-hour minimum; two vans cost more but give you two simultaneous pickup or drop points.
