What areas of Denver do you cover?
We cover all of Denver metro including downtown, DTC, Cherry Creek, LoDo, RiNo, and surrounding suburbs. We also serve DIA and mountain destinations.
Do you offer same-day bookings?
Yes. We ask for two hours' notice between 6 a.m. and 10 p.m. Rush service inside two hours is available for an additional $50 fee.
Do you offer point-to-point trips as well as hourly service?
Both. Point-to-point is priced for a single transfer such as home to DEN or hotel to a venue. Hourly (as-directed) service keeps the same chauffeur and vehicle for dinners, meetings, tours, and multi-stop nights.
Can I set up a recurring or corporate account?
Yes. Recurring commuters, executive assistants, hotels, and event planners get a standing profile with preferred vehicle, saved addresses, consolidated monthly statements, and priority dispatch.
Are your chauffeurs local?
Yes. Arion's chauffeurs live and drive here — Denver one-ways, I-70 and I-25 timing, canyon roads, resort access, and DEN's arrival flow are learned routes, not GPS guesses.
Which vehicle should I choose?
Match passengers plus luggage: Luxury Sedan for 1–3 with light bags, Executive SUV for up to 5 with luggage, Luxury SUV for up to 6 in captain's-chair comfort (5 from November 1 through April 30, when winter gear needs the sixth seat), Luxury Coach Van for 7–12 or full ski gear, Executive/Jet Van for VIP groups of 9, and buses for groups to 57. Groups too large for one vehicle run as a coordinated multi-vehicle fleet — including dedicated multi-day fleets — under a single Arion dispatch and one point of contact.
Are all vehicles AWD or 4WD for mountain travel?
Mountain-assigned SUVs and vans are AWD/4WD on winter-rated tires and carry chains, meeting Colorado's Traction Law. Luxury Sedans are assigned to Front Range and metro work in winter conditions.
Is Arion licensed and insured?
Yes. Arion, LLC is a Colorado PUC-certified passenger carrier operating as Arion Transportation and Tours. Every vehicle and every trip is fully insured, well beyond what a rideshare driver carries.
How much does Arion cost per hour?
Rates are hourly and per vehicle, not per person: Luxury Sedan from $150/hr, Executive SUV from $125/hr, Luxury SUV from $150/hr, and group vehicles from $250/hr (Luxury Coach Van $250/hr, Executive/Jet Van $325/hr, buses quoted per trip). Hourly minimums apply by vehicle, hourly trips include up to 40 total miles of travel per booking, and your exact total is shown before you confirm.
Is our travel confidential?
Yes. Passenger names, pickup and drop-off locations, itineraries, billing and conversations that occur inside the vehicle are all treated as confidential. Every chauffeur who carries Arion clients has acknowledged our SOP and signed a confidentiality statement, and we will sign your firm's own NDA if you have one.
What will I know before the trip?
Twenty-four hours before pickup you receive a text with your chauffeur's name, their contact number and photo, the vehicle and its license plate, and your full trip details, with a request to confirm everything is correct. You are then texted again when the chauffeur is on the way, when they are on location, when you are on board, and when the trip is complete. Both the passenger and whoever booked the trip receive every update, so an assistant booking on someone's behalf never has to chase a status. You can also track the vehicle's location from an hour before pickup and throughout the trip.
