Begin at The Cruise Room inside the Oxford Hotel, Denver's longest-running bar since 1933, where Art Deco meets the golden age of cocktails. Slip through the hidden bookshelf entrance at Williams & Graham, the Highlands' legendary speakeasy. Then, the main event: dinner at a MICHELIN Guide restaurant — any of the eight starred rooms in Denver, or any of the 37 Denver restaurants in the Guide, or a private dining room if your group is too large for a chef's counter. Your chauffeur waits at every door. No parking. No rideshares. No worries.

Why the evening runs bars first, dinner last. Denver's starred kitchens seat early — The Wolf's Tailor and BRUTØ take their last seating around 8:00 to 8:30 p.m., and BRUTØ and The Wolf's Tailor are both closed Mondays. So cocktails run from 5:00, dinner is seated at 8:00, and the after-dinner stop only exists on the nights the bars are open past 10:00. We build your night around the seating time the restaurant gives us and tell you the real times before you commit. Hours confirmed with each venue when we book.

Every restaurant Denver holds in the MICHELIN Guide is on the table, and we tell you up front which ones can actually seat your party. Most starred rooms in this city are counters of eight to eighteen seats that release reservations on monthly drops, so a group of eight or more is a private room, a split seating or a buyout — not a walk-up table. Tell us the date and the size of your party and we come back with three options we believe we can actually secure, in order, rather than a list to guess from.

Dinner is an add-on to this tour, priced by the restaurant once you pick the room — so here is the whole list, not just the famous eight. Any of them can be the dinner stop, and we will tell you before you commit which rooms can seat your group on your date.
