Arion handles group and executive transportation for events at the Colorado Convention Center, including airport arrivals, hotel shuttles and evening functions. Luxury Sedans and SUVs cover individual attendees; the Luxury Coach Van seats twelve and motorcoaches run to fifty passengers. Multi-vehicle manifests are dispatched from a single point of contact with monthly invoicing available.

The Colorado Convention Center at 700 14th Street is Denver's largest event venue — 2.2 million square feet, hosting major conferences like the Great American Beer Festival, Outdoor Retailer, and dozens of corporate trade shows year-round.
For conference attendees, we provide scheduled hotel-to-venue service. Pick your times, and your chauffeur is at the hotel entrance every morning and at the convention center every evening. No rideshare roulette, no waiting in the 16th Street Mall taxi line.
For speakers and VIPs, we provide dedicated vehicles with flexible scheduling — airport pickup on arrival, hotel runs between sessions, dinner transportation, and airport drop-off when the conference wraps.

Can you handle groups of 20+ conference attendees?
Absolutely. We coordinate Sprinters, SUVs, and multiple vehicles for corporate groups of any size. We've handled conference logistics for groups from 10 to 200+.
How does airport-to-hotel-to-conference work?
We track your flight, meet you at DIA, take you to your hotel, and then provide scheduled service to and from the convention center for the duration of the event. Same vehicle, same chauffeur when possible.
What's the drop-off area at the Convention Center?
Main entrance on 14th Street between Stout and California. For Bellco Theatre events, we use the Champa Street entrance. We know both locations and the best approach routes.
Do you provide speaker/VIP transportation?
Yes. Dedicated vehicles with flexible scheduling for speakers, executives, and VIPs. Your chauffeur has your schedule and adjusts in real time — sessions run long, dinner moves, plans change, we adapt.
How far is the Convention Center from DIA?
About 25 miles, 30-40 minutes depending on traffic. We flight-track arrivals and adjust pickup timing so you're never waiting at the curb.
Can Arion handle executive roadshows and multi-day itineraries?
Yes. Roadshows, board visits, investor days, and multi-day itineraries run with a dedicated chauffeur, on-site standby vehicles, and a single dispatcher managing timing changes as the day slips.
Do you offer group arrivals and departures for conferences?
Yes. Arion manages arrival and departure manifests for conventions and incentive groups — greeters at DEN, staged vehicle waves, hotel and venue shuttles, and a nightly reconciliation of what actually ran.
How does corporate billing work?
Corporate accounts get consolidated invoicing with cost centers or trip codes, saved traveler profiles, and negotiated rates for recurring volume. No per-trip card entry by executives or assistants.
Can one company coordinate a group arriving on different flights?
Yes — that is most of what group airport work actually is. You send the manifest with flight numbers; dispatch builds the arrival plan, tracks every tail number, and stages vehicles against actual landings rather than a printed schedule. Groups of four or more vehicles get one named dispatch contact from quote through final invoice, and one invoice with per-trip detail.
Can we reserve multiple vehicles for VIP arrivals?
Yes. Vehicles are staged before wheels-down and chauffeurs are assigned by name in advance rather than pulled from a rotating pool, so the same chauffeur can carry the same principal through the rest of the stay.
How long will you hold a vehicle for a passenger whose flight is late?
Forty-five minutes past the group's staged departure as standard — 15 minutes beyond the 30 minutes of complimentary airport wait every arrival already gets, measured from actual landing rather than the schedule. Passengers landing inside that window ride together, which is what keeps a 30-person arrival from turning into 30 separate vehicles. Beyond it the vehicle departs so the rest of the group is not held hostage to one delay, and dispatch stages a second vehicle for the late arrival at the transfer rate. Airline-caused delays never carry a wait charge.
