1. Agreement to Terms
By booking a service with Arion LLC (“Arion,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) or using our website at
www.ridearion.com
, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Our Services
Arion provides luxury ground transportation services in Denver and the Rocky Mountain region, including airport transfers, executive black car service, ski resort transportation, event and wedding transportation, hourly chauffeur service, and curated Colorado tours. All services are operated by Arion or our authorized affiliate network of Colorado PUC-certified operators.
3. Bookings & Payment
Individual bookings
require full prepayment at the time of booking.
Corporate & B2B accounts
may be eligible for net-10 payment terms at Arion's discretion based on booking volume.
Pricing is based on vehicle type, service duration, and any add-on amenities selected. Hourly minimums apply (2 hours for sedans, 3 hours for coach vans, 4 hours for limo vans).
A fuel surcharge may be applied if fuel prices increase significantly during your booking window.
All rates are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Your confirmed booking rate will not change after confirmation.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations made
48 or more hours
before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made
less than 48 hours
before the scheduled pickup time may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booking total.
No-shows
(failure to appear at the confirmed pickup location) are non-refundable.
Tour bookings require
7 or more days'
notice for cancellation without penalty.
Cancellations due to documented medical emergencies or weather-related closures of roads or venues will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
5. Passenger Conduct
Arion reserves the right to terminate a trip without refund if a passenger:
Behaves in a threatening, abusive, or disruptive manner toward the driver or other passengers
Causes damage to the vehicle or its amenities
Violates applicable laws during the trip
Requests the driver to violate traffic laws or safety protocols
Passengers are responsible for any damage to the vehicle caused by their party. Cleaning fees may apply for incidents involving spills, stains, or excessive mess.
6. Wait Time & Delays
For airport pickups, Arion monitors flight arrival times and adjusts accordingly at no extra charge within reasonable delays.
Wait time beyond the complimentary grace period (15 minutes for standard pickups, 30 minutes for airport arrivals) may be billed at the vehicle's hourly rate, prorated by the minute.
Arion is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.
7. Liability
Arion carries $2 million in general liability and $1 million in auto liability insurance. Our liability for any claim arising from a service is limited to the amount paid for that booking. We are not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings left in vehicles. Passengers are encouraged to keep valuables with them at all times.
8. Alcohol & Amenities
Arion offers optional beverage service including champagne and stocked coolers as add-on amenities. Passengers consuming alcohol must be 21 years of age or older and comply with all applicable Colorado laws. Arion drivers do not consume alcohol while on duty. We reserve the right to decline alcohol service at the driver's discretion.
9. Confidentiality
Client information is treated as confidential. Arion does not disclose client travel details, identities, or booking information to third parties except as necessary to fulfill your service or as required by law. Clients requiring formal non-disclosure agreements may request one at the time of booking.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Arion's services shall be resolved in the courts of Denver County, Colorado.
11. Changes to These Terms
Arion may update these Terms at any time. The most current version will be posted on this page with the updated date. Continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
